ORLANDO OThe guys helping us were courteous and helpful. The location is in the woods off the beaten path. The guys said they put 4 new tires on the trailer. Problems occurred with the alignment and two of the tires were bald down to the wires in the tread. Accident waiting to happen. When we arrived at the drop off, a 1/4 groove was noticed with a wire sticking out. Luckily we arrived safe. This unit is old and needs major repair.
Douglas HRobert and Nick were very knowledgeable and helpful when I rented a tow dolly.
Steve MI highly recommend Off Road Ready. Very friendly and polite staff. I've used other U-Haul places in Helotes, know that I know that Off-Road Ready rents U-Hauls, this will be my go-to place from now on. Great job!
