BENJAMIN MThe prices must become cheaper for customers and who is renting should be notified of times of operation so there want be extra fees charged for when rental is not in use to be returned and the mileage should bring your total price down people should only be charged for use of the truck if they don’t show up that day not when they don’t respond to a text people are moving and can’t respond got a truck after twelve noon it should be back after twelve noon the following business day didn’t know that they where opened on Sunday and was charged for four day when I got the truck Saturday after twelve brought it back Monday after twelve because of seller not telling us that the time we get it was the time of return and didn’t let us know they where opened on Sunday for return of rental I had to wait for thirty minutes on the individual before I could check the truck in he was on the phone and we had to wait out side do to sign on door saying be back shortly so we didn’t think anyone was there then he comes from the other side of the fence
