Philippe KThe app worked much better than previous times. Ohana ProServ location has very poor conditions for parking/driving areas. Full of large holes, mud and water. Very hard to maneuver around and vehicle gets mud all over wheels and fenders.
Brian MThe drop off wasn't very good. I did after hours and couldn't find the online take pictures, update your milage etc on any document. I then called and tried the UHAUL app - that was useless as it said I needed to start an account but at the end of "start an account" it said it couldn't, "try again later". I then went back to the 1 900 number....ten minutes plus wait - "please do online on the app"!! I then called the 705 Collingwood number and someone told me to lock the truck and put the key in the after hours box. I took pictures of everything, inside and out as the truck was accessible overnight. Only when I went to drop the key in the drop box, on the INSIDE of the lid is the www address for return. So I TRIED that - unfortunately, I had to "take" pictures live and couldn't upload the images I took - so that didn't work. OVERALL - excellent experience BUT the www drop off and take images, post your milage etc. needs to be ON THE CONTRACT AND EASILY AVAILABLE. I was so impressed with the pick up and the image system --- too bad I couldn't do that on drop off.

CARLOS RParking area at entrance and storage area are in really bad shape. When I delivered the car carrier trailer on Saturday at 2pm the office was closed. I sent a phone message to advise that I had dropped off the trailer.

louanne DWhen I started driving the day of my move as I had it for 2 days so I packed the truck and parked it overnight so I could leave early in the morning, the engine light was on the entire time so I was a bit panicked that I wouldn't make it. I informed the drop off location when I returned the truck.

Jason DThe gas level when we got the truck was nearly empty. We had to drive to Mckewans gas station to put some gas in it. We had to pay per km to drive to a gas station to feel comfortable we wouldn't run out of gas. The truck was filthy was visibility issues seeing out the windshield. I wanted a 10' got stuck with a larger vehicle thought I was priced for a 10' so it was very expensive $118 to pickup a mattress, I was shocked. Only had the vehicle a few hours. Never had an issue before at this location.
Mike PThe cube van I rented had some severe mechanical issues, transmission shifted rough, truck was in very poor condition, alignment was off by a lot, truck pulled hard one way. Doesn't seem like truck was well cared for or maintained.

GEORGE MTammy the owner is awesome to work with. The team not challenges I had was with the website. I wanted to pick up and drop off the truck at the exact same location and it wasn't clear how to do that every time I try to change it it offered me another location to drop it off. Tammy rectified the entire situation for me when I spoke to her, but I think having it clearly marked online would really help.

Javier AHi there, Just a quick note following my recent rental. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate-it was rainy and the location was quite muddy. Tammy was helpful and responsive over the phone, which I appreciated. That said, I was charged $46 for fuel even though I returned the truck with the same (if not more) gas than when I picked it up. While the charge was eventually refunded, it was frustrating to deal with. As a general suggestion: asking customers to approximate fuel levels is not a good system. A truck should always be rented and returned with a full tank-it's simple, clear, and avoids confusion or disputes. No guessing, just fill it up. Hope this feedback helps tighten things up.

dana dThe vehicle clearly requires an alignment. I had difficulties closing the back door as the wires dislodged from the track. I spent over an hour trying the get the door closed. Hinges need to be lubricated on the track as many are corroded.
