Ellis SIt's not the place I originally requested which is just a few miles away. Why can't uhaul have the truck moved instead of the customer having to drive farther to get their truck? This was a sketchy looking gas station in the middle of no where. The lady at the counter was nice but she had to call whoever handles uhaul rentals and I had to talk them on the store phone. Seemed less than ideal to me.

Michelle SWe had asked for a different location that was more convenient, however, we had to bring it back to this location. It was in the middle of no where, not easy to find. The personnel was helpful.

Ben PPossible sweep out of the trailer a little dirty
ALVIS CThere was no one there to hook up the equipment. Gas station attendant called the owner who was happy to take my money. We had to connect the trailer and disconnect it from the vehicle. Had no clue whether it was on or right. If you offer this service, you should be able to staff the place to assist the customer just as your main stores do. Very disappointed
