Denee BI was over charged for mileage, and i told the uhaul lady which did not do anything about.
JOE GI didn't understand what the location was but it didn't really matter because many uhaul locations are other businesses that also do uhaul business. The lady that I got the trailer from was knowledgeable and helped me get hitched up properly. I appreciate that I didn't have to drive miles to get a uhaul trailer.

NAJEEB D24 hour reservation Rushed to turn in my U-Haul because it was someone else that they reserved it for I got a call 4 hours after I rented it letting me know that I needed to return it at 11am exactly because it was going to be re-rented to someone else I couldn’t make the deadline because I work 11pm to 7:30am at the USPS warehouse in Valencia ca so after getting off work and driving for 1:30 minutes I got home at 9:15am just to have to rush to finish packing and unpacking the truck it was a absolute nightmare I definitely wouldn’t recommend this U-Haul place Also they lady Jessica kept my ID then called me about 45 minutes later to say she had it and that she could just drop it off at my house as if I’m not in the process of moving my things into storage, that I had to rush out of the uhaul and I had to leave all in front of my storage just to return the U-Haul yeah I told her know I will come get it then she tells me I need to hurry up because they close at 1pm on Saturday TOTAL NIGHTMARE AVOID THIS PLACE

CYNTHIA CI was 100 % satisfied with everything with this location. They both made a really hectic and stressful situation really easy and made the minor hiccups pretty smooth. And when she noticed that the discount on the trailer wasn't added she made SURE that it was. Thank you Jessica for everything 10/10 experience for me. Now the truck itself I picked up from another location and was a complete mess with food crumbs left all over and stains from drinks were left on things. But the truck itself was good, just needs to have cruise control though because 300 miles of nothing but freeway SUCKS without it
BRANDON SWe had an issue with a tire while we were way out in the desert. We contacted uhaul roadside assistance and they came out fairly quickly, even to such a remote location, and took care of it. That, along with getting the professional equipment and support that uhaul provides, will keep me coming back. Good job uhaul!
