The location was a junk hole that smelled like cat urine. The rental had a broken windshield, leaking hub oil, and worn out leaf springs. The 3 women did not know how to use the website resulting in my card being ran multiple times and when I paid in cash, they forced an additional $100 deposit of which I am not getting the total deposit back.

improve your app and paper work process, it's so lengthy and annyoing and please hire people at your customer care, no one picks calls when dialed. I tried multiple times but no response.

The car dolley I needed was at a location that wasn't open on the weekend and the people at the chestnut location went on got the dolley, then brought it to their location so I could use it on a Sunday! They were all so kind, helpful, and just flat out good people. I will be returning to this location for any future rentals!

Mary WHe didn't have the pads or furniture dolly that I had reserved and absolutely needed for my move. It delayed our start by 45min while I drove somewhere to but what I needed. Why can we reserve things that aren't available?! I don't know if it was his fault or UHaul in general but it was not acceptable.

RANDY TU-Haul contacted me about my mileage being reduced to 0,79/mile since I had to travel to get the UHaul truck. That has not happened. Instead they charged me the normal rate.

Wisam AWas shady unclear & dishonest had us in a bind as we told him what we needed late Saturday afternoon use of a dolly. Then after the "contract" was posted in email it stated 24 hrs rental but he/they were closed on Sunday so we had to do Another Contract for Another Day and then it was local Only in town Return to them. When questions arose about that he said if it was dropped off within the 24 hrs using the App Never Mentioned he would "Correct it Adjust it". We returned it the next morning on Sunday drop off he came out of bldg saying all was good No pics no signatures no proof we ask him for adjustment promised he laughed and said we got what we paid for as we volunteered to bring it back early. Resulting in extra money spent not able to be used where we went to a Corporate Store to get it
