First truck was immediately replaced as it did not start at all and fuel indicated empty not 3/4 full as we had been indicated. The drop off was convenient despite there being very poor internet signal to context. I must say the young gentleman and older female that took care of us were professional.

Rude service. Asked how come the car only has a 1/4 tank , whatever yada he tells me they can't gas the cars either it's however it's returned. Proceeds to speak Spanish to an English speaking manager while I'm right there already heard her speaking English to another customer. No idea what they said , he turned back and just said no about grabbing a different van with more gas or gassing it. Idk weird vibes, they ain't had to switch language I was right there she couldve talked to me. Wouldn't come back to this location

EDDY DThis location is very conventient and am super happy I can walk over and pick up a van when I need it!! That said and to be constructive in my observations, I would love if the windshield could be cleaned on the inside of the van before rental. Happens that on both occasions that I rented two different vans, I found that the windshield inside was not clean and because of the sunset was very hard to see with a greasy/blurry windshield. Also, I would love the tank to be filled to full upon rental, to make it a straightforward refueling. I would like to return the tank full instead of trying to calculate the 3/4,5 of a tank that is impossible to calculate when filling the tank on one's own without the engine and well, you understand... And lastly would be nice not to have to erase other blue tooth device connections before being able to connect my own bluetooth. Small little things these make a huge difference. Other than that the vans are great as the service.

I gave the truck with the same gas, if not more, than I received and still charged me 2 expensive gallons. I have rented U-Haul many times in different locations, never had such a disappointment before.
