The truck was very dirty and smelled bad inside. It didn't have a hand truck or several other things. It cost me $170 to use it for 4 hours, it's crazy, and I think for the price it could be much better.

Ask whether or not it is their first time, and give them basic tips on time, extensions, drop off, etc.
HUSAIN MI received the phone call 1 hour before the pickup time, and they told me they do not have truck. It was the nightmare, and they asked me the bigger truck or not.

This particular occasion though yesterday when I returned the truck at 330 pm they informed me that their computer system crashed. So I was unable to receive my receipt. Anything you need to improve on, it would be your computer system, so it doesn't crash on your customers and delay updates and critical information.

Carl DLocation looked very dirty. Truck had body damage on the left side that anyone by walks by can get cut. I ordered a 17' and got a reservation number and qhen I arrived I was told it was sold out at 157 and Sheridan Pak Mail location. I was charge $12,1 for use of a credit card and never advised. U-Haul has gone to shit from what it was years ago as I was growing up. Very disapointed with overall service and as you can see, I use U Haul quite a bit yet everytime there are hidden charges and gas charges after I gased vechelie up. You call the locations and they say they dont know. Bad business U-Haul. I am an Born American and always ķnew U-Haul as American but I dont know anymore. Jimmy Contrerss Retired US Army
