ALANA HWiper fluid was frozen. Door latch was broken. Gas tank wasn't full. Requested to pick up truck in grand forks a week before rental and ended up having to drive 40 miles one way out of our way to get the truck because UHual wouldn't get a truck to our requested location. U-Haul representative who called to confirm reservation was rude and unhelpful about screwed up reservation. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Would never recommend U-Haul ever if you don't have to use them.

Waide BThis was an alternate location that stepped-in to help us, when the location with which we placed our reservation did not provide us with a trailer. For this, we are thankful for Paradise Falls Motel location and agent. We were angry that the Fast Graphix - Thief River Falls, MN rental location had over a month to contact us, and they did not inform us of the change of pick-up location until 24 hours before we needed the trailer. Don't allow Fast Graphix to advertise as a rental location, if they cannot help customers or answer their phone, when they change the location so close to the rental time.

GARY PThey were wonderful. U-Haul not so much. I spent 3,5 hours on phone and in office with problem after problem after confirming on phone everything set up correctly. Fargo shared wrong information and were rude to boot. Very bad experience on moving day. I paid movers over $150 to sit and wait because of delays and had to push majority of move to next day.
JESSICA SI was charged by Uhaul for two days when I rented for one. The site tried to adjust it but said they could not. I emailed someone from Uhaul and have not heard back.
Bryan DMy 5x8 perfectly. I was loaded down to max gross (I weighed it) for a trip up the Alcan after I graduated from school. Took snow, sleet, frost heaves, and overall generally terrible conditions like nothing. Super stable, but lacked a front jack to get the trailer disconnected when loaded.
