It would've been nice to have had a 26 foot truck on site and guaranteed. I ended up having to make use of extra trailers that two friends brought in addition to the 20 foot truck that I rented in order to move all of my stuff in one trip. Had I not had those trailers, I would've had to of made multiple trips. Also, doing online check-in through the app on a Sunday was cumbersome and when I tried to call customer service I was told I would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to ask questions about the online check-in process.
Jessica BI need to make sure I have my money back for the dolly because I paid for it and there wasn't one in the truck. I called customer service but there was nothing they could do, the shop was closed when I returned the truck so I had no one to talk to, I indicated on the app that I wanted my money back so I hope that scene otherwise I need to call again to make sure that it's done.

Kimberly NWhen I put the drop off address in Apple Maps it took me 15 miles out of town to the side of the road. There was nothing there. The name of the drop off location on the info I got from U-Haul was different than the actual name of the company I returned the trailer to.
RAYMOND TI was supposed to pick up in Fairplay, CO. They called 1 1/2 days before and told me they couldn't fill my reservation. Not happy at all about that. They sent me to Salina 1 1/2 hours away. That added and extra 3 hours to my already 28 hour trip. The UHaul location in Salina was SUPER. Very nice, professional and great customer service.

linda rThe staff was obviously doing their best with the resources available to them but unable to keep up with basic duties. The truck was filthy on the outside, not bad on the inside, had a smashed front bumper and gave me no confidence in the maintenance of the vehicle.
ALAN HI can't think of anything. I have rented from several other UHaul facilities and none were as smooth as this one. In fact, I had promised myself I would not rent again from UHaul. Friendly and responsive help, professional and thorough. Would definitely rent there again.

Amy CThe UHaul rental process was frustrating in that I booked the rental at one location online and then received a call that I they were out of stock. I called back and the customer service was far less than adequate. The person seemed distracted and un-engaged. They did not solve my problem until I looked up another U-Haul center and proposed I rent from them. In addition, there is a guarantee that you will be able to fulfill my reservation based on my online order but when asked there was explanation just 'No'.

RICHARD HI started the checkout process at 2:30pm ish, but didn't finish until almost 5 pm. Not their fault. Hitch Equipment didn't match in height.
Richard AProcess was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and quick to help with hook up of the trailer both times I have rented from this location. Too me this location is faster and more efficient than most U-Haul Centers!

DAVID FRocks/pebbles all over trailer deck. I had to remove them before I left. This location when returning showed a different location on maps about 10 miles away. Not sure why. Service was great. People were great!

ANDREW WMake sure the lights work. The running lights went out when I was driving in Western Oklahoma at night. Got stopped by a deputy and informed me he could not see the trailer in the dark. Reflective paint was faded and the back lights quit working. He was cool about so no ticket but still a major safety issue. No I was not going to wait around for someone from Uhaul to find me in the middle of the night to fix the lights. I've rented 3 trailers lately one was great, the other 2 not so much. This last one was freaking expensive but I didn't have choice in the matter as I was a captive audience. Over all uhaul is usually OK just not this last trip.
Mike DThe Parts Depot helped with packing supplies and getting our 26 foot truck and auto transport on time for our move. I would highly recommend the Parts Depot for your U-Haul rentals!

John STHe Salida CO location was great. Received truck on time and it was clean and ready. I was concerned that when I rented it they were cautioning me that they would confirm availability the evening before. They did. I flew to CO and was moving. I had friends come to assist me. I was depending on the truck to be available. If it had not been there I would have been furious . Thank you. Jan
Jan BThe lady at pick-up was pleasant but didn't walk through/discuss damage etc. Unfortunately, I was also double charged at this location tying up $300+ for multiple days. When I first called, the person at the store said they hold when you make the reservation and then actually charge when you picked up the equipment. After contacting a uhaul representative, they stated it was an accidental double charge and they had already refunded it. Very frustrating to be waiting and wondering, instead of just having an upfront answer when it happened.

Ray BThe trailer that was the provider hooked up to the truck was different than the one that was entered into the system. This caused difficulties when the trailer was dropped off. Also, we had to wait about 40 minutes for the provider to return from lunch. An indication of lunch closures should be noted so the customer can accurately time when to arrive to pick up.
Laurel OI also need a car dolly, but they rarely get one at this location.

Bill MThe only issue I have was having to wait until 4 days before I needed the truck before they knew if one would be available. I understand being in a small market that happens but it's hard plan ahead.
