When I called my local U-Haul and get the 800 number instead whoever I spoke to today was a bit rude and pushy I know that there’s only one Salida U-Haul location and I know that it’s at Big O tires and he kept insisting it is not Big O tires it’s a parts store almost got in an argument over it Also I know that they are closed at lunchtime for trailor hook up and I told him that he insisted no they’re open till four I have rented from them several times before and know the routine

Lady there was snarky. Didn’t even look at the truck. Just took my keys and went back to what she was doing.
THOMAS MI tried to extend my rental but it said it wasn't avail after 8 am so I made sure to have it there at 8 am. I had to take a taxi back home since i didn't have a ride that early. I went back to same location "big o tires" at 11am to have tires put on my veh and the truck was still there in the same spot that I parked it. Was a little frustrated about that.
