Joanne is the best at Uhaul
BARBARA TThe drop off sucked and I still have not received my deposit back. I returned everything 2 days early and the web site would not work. I had to be re-do this 3 times. The process was frustrating. Still haven't been able to B send my pictures so who knows. I get useless pictures and you get my $100
David CThe only thing I had a Beef with was the UHAL. COM when I was trying to use the Drop Box. It kept trying to Rent me a UHAL, NOT dropping one off. I left the UHAL parked in the drop off location and had to come back the next day to give Them my Key and show the very nice Lady my copy of the Rental Contract... Other than that, was smooth Driving!

Steve DI needed a pull behind trailer this is the only 24/7 in our area and they said they only had a 26' drive truck.... this was for a last minute emergency. Part of my bills needed to be paid woth the money spent on said truck... to get there to a lot FULL of trucks AND trailer that WERE NOT RENTED OR MOVED IN THE 24 HRS I NEEDED one. I WANT REFUNDED. PLUS I WAS CHARGED FOR FUEL THAT WASNT THERE TO BEGIN WITH. They don't make any other option to rent on their site! It is a SCAM!

Karen bI wanted to drop off the keys in person because I prefer face to face over.just leaving keys in a box so I went in, the lady I was told I needed to talk to was on the phone but could see us at the counter. My husband and I waited patiently and assumed when she got off the phone, she would talk to us. Once she got off the phone she still ignored us. She never acknowledged us so I went ahead and dropped off the keys in the box outside and went back in to leave the lock on her counter because it wouldn't fit in the drop off box.. She said something to me then because she was confused about the lock but she was snappy and rude. If I need to rent a moving truck again, I would not choose U-Haul if it meant having to go there.

Richard HThe people were fantastic and the help was great my problem is with how the trailer pulled and it was the worst trailer I have ever pulled in my life. The trailer shook my truck the whole entire time I pulled it. Spent the next day realigning my truck.

Louis MJo'ann was who helped me with my rental. Soon as I got there I was waiting patiently in line. My turn comes up so I start towards the gentleman's desk and tell him I signed in online it says I'm ready. Before I could get out my last words she blurts out at me, you are just gonna have to wait doesn't matter if you filled it out online. That was fine though we got past it. Then I tell her I need a dolly or don't want to rent the truck she states she will have to check if she has any. I told her online said she had them. So, she goes and looks and comes back. I ask her several times through out the process if she has my appliance dolly or not. She never answers a yes or no just stares at the computer. So my wife says it's probably already in the back of the uhaul. So we gave her our card and go out there just to find out there wasn't any dolly. The gas in the truck isn't correct and neither is the mileage. Then she also charged me $20 extra dollars for dropping it off after hours when I used 24/7 truck share... very disappointed and will not go there again. I honestly want my money back but don't know how to.
