The gentleman at this location was very disagreeable and wanted to charge me for every little thing. I had to call Jo Ann (the location I rented the truck from) to get most things worked out. The place is very small with maybe one truck and a small trailer, we had trouble finding it so I called and He said "well you went right past it, I can"t believe you didn't see it." I will never repeat never do business with that jerk again. If not for the professional manner and kindness Jo Ann displayed from the pick-up location, i proably would never rent from U-haul again.
