The lockbox location is in a low spot. After rain the area had standing water. Also the vehicle was left beside a row of trees. In order to take a picture of the passenger side of the vehicle I had to drive 1/4 mile to a gas station.

Get rid of that location. It's dangerous and car is likely to be broken in to. There is nobody there for help and they made up all kinds of charges. I dropped my uhauul off after only 3vm hours and got home you a 300+ bill.
Jason CMy drop off location was changed after arriving at my unloading location. I tried calling the number listed to speak to the contact. The number would not connect. I then emailed the contact trying to get a response and never received a reply. By the time I realized that I wasn't going to hear from anyone and got to the drop off location it was past the scheduled drop off time and I was charged a $40 fee. My original drop off location I was familiar with and expected a person to person drop off. At the location I was changed to I had to self return. That was an experience I was trying to avoid. All of my dealings during this rental experience seem to be for the convenience of U-Haul and not the customer.
