james cI was overcharged and the check in person couldn't fix it. She tried to call corporate and they couldn't fix it either. They said someone would call me next week to fix it. The same thing happened last time I rented and nobody ever called.

Sushant JYour customer service was a joke. The lady was really nice and responsive. But, when she called "traffic" and waited on hold for 12 minutes, she was redirected to another state even though she said Missouri. Then, she was redirected to Iowa, after telling them it was in Missouri. We waited an hour to rent the truck. It was awful. We lost our help moving because of your "traffic" phone number that was supposed to help the lady. What is the point of having a person rather than the phone if the system is deeply flawed. Huge disappointment!!!
DANIEL BIt shouldn't take 45 minutes to rent a trailer, the paperwork is ridiculous. Uhaul should be more competitive with pricing as well. I could rent a trailer for $9 less, I just didn't want to drive 20 more miles.
