John WIn my case my reservation was re- directed to this location , 30 miles from the original reservation (60) mile round trip .it was an older worn transport with noted physical dents and scrapes , but at the end of the day it was functional and got the job done .
Jeffery SThe pickup location was easily accessible but there isn’t anyone on site who can move the equipment around or help with hookup so if you can’t do it yourself or if the trucks/trailers or in a bad spot to move you’re out of luck.

Neil nI would recommend having the clerk come out and check the U-Haul W the customer. I was not advised of the link being sent to me about the condition of the truck. I received it after I left, and it expired before I arrived home.
Jamie EEverything went smoothly from start to finish in renting this 15' box truck. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and it was only 10 min from home! I'll definitely use this place again as the need arises.
Raelynn BI informed them of the parking brake issue and was told they don't repair and to put the cable and panel as it was when I picked it up. I did. Feel sorry for the next person that rents it and hope they have tools on board.
Linda DAre pick up time was at 11am we arrive at 11:20 and the truck and car hauler were not attached the lady grabbed the manager and explained they are not like the larger uhauls they are a third party which I understand the manager proceeds to come out and I quote says "what do I need to do so I don't have to come out here again" as she walks off towards the car hauler, she explained the same thing that they are a smaller uhaul and don't attach them for us which is fine so me and Jon attach them then notice our car haul doesn't have a tow power cable attached so we had to find one to use ourselves. Not very helpful or friendly that manager.

Allen EPaper I got said there was half a tank of gas in truck but there was little less then a quarter tank so I had to put more gas then I used to make it half a tank to return it costing me more money

joanne bI have had no issues renting equipment from this location, I have been renting trailers from this location for several years now. They have always been very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend them
Barry WThe equipment was not inspected apparently. The tire pressure on of the tires was low and due to the distance, the tire would have blown out. Fortunately, I noticed it before I had an issue leaving me stranded in a rest area for 3 hours. Roadside assistance had me on hold for an hour before answering. Arron the service rep was great but could not locate a a tire store in the area that I was broke down. U-Haul being a large company should have better service in the event of issues on the road. I'm not a happy customer.

Dale HI would not recommend uhaul to anyone I was over charged and your ridiculous prices for getting a lost key socks and I got charged almost twice what I was quoted. But the place I got it was nice people

Dwayne TI had reserved the trailer at one location but when I arrived they didn't have the size and I had go to another location to get the trailer. When I got there, the cashier rang up the order and I asked for a discount because of the change in location. She was polite enough to offer a $10 discount, but it ended up adding $10 to my order. As she tried to correct this by adding more of a discount my total kept going up. I was getting frustrated because I was on a schedule and was getting more and more behind. I asked her to try and fix the problem while I went and hooked up my trailer. The trailer was blocked in by one of the moving trucks. I went in and told them I couldn't get out. They gave me a key and asked that I move the truck as the my were not very good at driving the trucks. At this time, she had my receipt ready which was $92 instead of the $82 on my original reservation. I wasn't concerned about the discount as I was running more more behind schedule but insisted that the total at least be brought down to the original amount. She told me $92 was the original amount. I argued and finally she opened the cash register and gave me $10 cash. The whole ordeal ended up putting me almost an hour behind my schedule.
