He is trying to rip me off for charging for gas. How am I supposed to measure exact quarter tank. If little extra than a quarter would he given me credit. Nope. But for missing a drop in quarter charging straight $60. Shame on Greediness.

I was made to go to yarrow to pick up a truck that wasn’t gas up and ready and had warning lights on the whole trip I was sent to yarrow about120 clicks round trip from my house it was supposed to be in Abbotsford then made to take it to a very hard to find location in Edmonton a 2,5 hour drive in a city I don’t know during the rush period traffic it was absolute hell and your new screw the customer no gas policy ripped me off again and the truck was supposed to go to Camrose I’m just glad I didn’t get scammed pulling a trailer however the truck had good power ran very well except for the warning lights on the dash and as for the pickup point so sloppy there was a parade there that day and the road was closed they didn’t even bother to let us know you should dump that dealer he didn’t even tell me dick about the truck and never left the building you are sinking banditry made to pick up on strange town I had no interest in ever going to and I sure as hell did not want to go to skid row Edmonton driving that truck in rush hour traffic Edmonton was a nightmare

Rude and didn't help load. Trailer was heavy and we had to pick the end off the ground to put on our truck hitch without any help. Very rude and we hated the experience but needed to rent for a move. Will never rent from this place again.

Absolutely horrible location, had to call uhaul directly just to get my deposit back! Staff was rude and not helpful at all, didn't even want to tell me why they deducted just over $30 from my deposit. Claimed their system was "down" and couldn't give me my deposit, however gave the truck to the next customer. Will be contacting the regional manager of this location, thank goodness the uhaul rep stayed on the phone during this all as I actually felt unsafe being there!

Your equipment is always very dirty. I rented a trailer I had to power wash it before I use the inside. Disgusting.

Better lighting at night for evening drop off to ensure the inspection of unit can be seen properly. This was overcome however with a flashlight and an inspection of unit the following morning,

It took 5 minutes to complete a drop off with the clerk at Petro Can. The gas in this location was also cheaper than anywhere else to top up U-Haul rental. Excellent.

The person who connected the trailer to my vehicle had no idea what he was doing. He put a hole in my bumper when attaching the trailer, and when I asked if there was insurance to deal with it he said it was my fault that it happened. I have a call into head office as a result and am waiting for a return call. Unbelievable experience.

Trailer was not well maintained the door was heavy to open, the lights not working properly. The attendant was misinformed and confrontational and refused to take ownership of the issues. Will not recommend to anyone this location.

Condition of trailer wasn't totally clean, but it was an open style. But it performed well and staff performed their due diligence in both check in and return. check-in was easy and fast.

This location was fine. The problems we had prior were unacceptable. We basically had to threaten legal action to get the required and confirmed truck we requested. Emily assisted us but why should a customer have to go through the stress and frustration we went through.

We were unsure of how much fuel we would need so we filled the truck with gas. The truck had only 1/8 of a tank of gas at pick up. When we returned the truck it was still 3/4 full of gas and they refused to reimburse us of over $130 of gas. Very unethical.

U-Haul booking and appointments are a joke and serve only UHaul. They either lie or are ignorant of their truck location. Explanation available but I doubt you care.

The location was amazing, the personel at the pickup location was fantastic. What I'm not impressed with is uhauls business model and poor business practices. I will be waiting for someone to contact me to find a resolution to our terrible uhaul experience. Again, this has NOTHING to do with pickup and drop off location. They were wonderful .

Ordered trailer, told them I was going to edmonton from chiliwack... they charged me 500$ more then agreed because they didn't understand English

I reserved my trailer 6 days prior to the day I needed it. My pickup location was changed the day before pick up from Maple Ridge which is 5 minutes from my home to Yarrow which is 1,5 hours from my home. The round trip to pick up the trailer took 3,5 hours and cost me $20 for fuel. I called and spoke with an agent and they made arrangements for me to pickup the trailer the day before I needed it which helped tremendously. The agent at the Yarrow location (Kelly), was very pleasant and helpful. His customer service was great!

Truck required $250 of gasoline upon pickup. 2 out of the 3 dolly's wheels were in very poor condition. I ended up needing to purchase my own dolly to complete the move in time

We booked 3 weeks in advance and then a day before we were canceled. Nightmare as we needed for wedding set up. I had to find alternative as their "alternative" was 90 minutes away (one way)....NEVER recommend. Still awaiting 50 guarantee credit

Trailer was very heavy, difficult for one person to lift it to connect to the tow vehicle. Would have been great to have some help. Drove in rain, the trailer leaked, both front/top corners, and door didn't seal properly in the back. Poor quality.
