JOSEPH SI showed up to for my after hours app reservation pickup and the app had no equipment assigned to me. I called the number given and was hung up on the first time. Second call I had a nice person that assigned me a truck. We went out back where there were no light at all. We found the assigned truck and tried to follow the instructions on the app. There was no lockbox on the truck. The truck was open but no keys to be found. I called back and was told that sometimes the app instructions are not accurate so was instructed to walk up to the office to look for lock boxes there. I did and found three lockboxes. All the lockboxes were wide open and no keys anywhere. The representative on the phone said they must have forgotten to leave the keys out for my after hours pickup. So after an hour and a half trying to pick up a truck I still had no truck. This delay forced me to have to rent another night at a hotel and had to come back the next morning. So the next morning I arrive at Peddy's Tires at the time (7:30 am) the app and business post they open only to find it locked and closed. After waiting about 10 minutes, an employee arrives. He opens the shop but then tells me that I will have to wait until he opens the shop (opens bay doors, rolls out several sets of tires, etc.) finally after another long delay, I finally get a truck, but my planned departure time has again been delayed by a considerable amount of time. The truck was also low on gas (less than half a tank), so I have to stop and fill it up before going to pack my things in the truck.

Trevor MMy drop off location changed to one that was almost an hour away. I called as soon as possible and got it back to the original location (still 25 minutes away). I dropped it off at the location before the stated drop off time but still got charged an extra day (which I am actively disputing). Horrible experience.

Connie JHas nothing to do with location. First problem. 3 days after dropping rental off (on time) started getting emails and texts saying I needed to drop my rental off as agreed. Now getting bills everyday for tolls. Would be better to wait and let all tolls roll in before sending 4 different invoices. Work on accounting side is much needed
