Dropped after hours. Called the next day with no answer, may have been a holiday (Juneteenth). Lot was a little rough. No interactioin with personnel (which I didn't mind but based on the information on my sheet to call the next day after drop off with no answer or voicemail seemed a little OFF)

RANDALL SLocation was a used car lot. No one was there but a message on the door with a phone number. I called the number and they said to just leave the keys in a drop box.

KELLY HAngel is excellent to work with she helped me out so much in looking at my truck. I had to go to Pearl MS uhaul to get my hitch installed Patrick was great at Pearl Ms location. I then went back & got my cargo trailer at Phoenix Auto Sales UHaul location Angel taught me everything I needed to know on my rental & showed me everything. I work nights she also let me come 30 mins after my scheduled time to pick up when I called her as I had delayed flights night before she was so sweet & kind. I also appreciate her professionalism with her knowledge on teaching me everything I needed to know pulling a trailer my 1st time. She went above and beyond for me. SHERILYN YI rented a 26' truck but in date of delivery, was informed it wouldn't be one there - explained it was what was rented several days before and it had been approved and a truck was stated as being ready, the lady said the truck would be ready. Went to pick up truck and she said it was broke down and gave us a smaller truck resulting in us making extra hauls. On the phone the lady said we could pick up the truck at any time and keep it til Sunday at 10 and there wouldn't be an additional charge. Halfway through our day she called on Saturday asking when we would be bringing the truck back as another couple needed it. We took it back later that evening when we were done with it - we filled the tank - cleaned the truck and then got stuck with a $25 cleaning fee. Overall the truck was ok but the business could do a little better on organization and not rushing people in a legitimate rent. I could not believe she had called!

TROY BI dropped off the U-Haul on Sunday, so I didn't get to speak to the personnel. There was ample space available to park U-Haul. Had signs up with clear instructions on what to do to make a return.
kim wThe ratchet for the wheel was to rusted I couldn't strap down the wheels with them. I tried closing it but in the end I could just tie it down so the straps wouldn't flap in the wind

JAYLA JAll I can say is Angel, is an angel. I have rented from there twice and both of my experiences were awesome. She made sure everything was done the right way and in the most speedy way a rep could do. She made sure that the equipment(s) was there and she completed the paperwork with care and understanding. Most definitely I would recommend friends and family. And if I need her again, she will most definitely see me again. Please don't replace Angel. Thanks for her excellent service.

Gregory MThe office was unattended. The truck was heavily smoked in and filthy. But most importantly, the right-side mirror was broken and unusable. It was swinging back and forth so, I couldn't see to my right. U-Haul Roadside Service took 3 hours to come out to look at it and confirmed that it could not be repaired and was unusable. I returned it and hired a moving company instead.

Sabastin HMake the previous reservation inactive so the only way it comes up is that you request the old reservation. The old file should not interfere with the current reservation or make it confusing. Great customer Service!
