We went to a different place to get a car dolly and they where extremely rude. We didn't get it there due to that. We rebooked it at the Thriftway and the lady up front was very nice. I would go back if needed another to rental

The Thriftway manger who assisted with the rental was fabulous. Signage on the grocery store and instructions on where to go to pick up uhaul could be improved.

Absolutely way to expensive we drove about 40 miles and just to pay for the U-Haul it cost 100 dollars that's ridiculous. I will never ever use U-Haul again no wonder I see people literally tie a mattress with a rope to the roof of there car I will be doing the same thing. I don't care if it's raining snowing I'll just go to the dollar tree and buy a huge roll of painting plastic and wrap my bed tie it to the roof of my car with a rope Never again and I tell everyone I know the same thing Not worth the cost

Jacob gave us an amazing deal for going 45 miles out to pick up our truck and car hauler. He also made special accommodations during our trip so we can focus on our travels. Excellent service à la clientèle. The personnel at the location were very polite and friendly. Best experience I ever had.Thank You

Personally I had a great experience. Walked in spur-of-the-moment w/o notice, asked for a truck rental. Lady processed the entire rental and handed me the keys in less than 10 minutes. Return was just as easy. Truck ran great, no issues.

They need someone dedicated to U-Haul that that is able to leave the store. Having to drive back into the grocery store parking lot, not very thought out. Staff very friendly.

Customer service representative was great and took me on a shortcut back to my truck. Clean and friendly location. Only drawback is the location of the equipment. It is down the hill, behind the store, on the next block. Could be quite the jaunt for someone with a disability or out of shape to go up and down the hill.

Always nice place to go to. Easy to find big parking lot to drop trailer off in. Easy to check out. Would rent from this location again.

The process to fill the application out on the tablet seemed to be harder than it should be. This didn't seem to have anything to do with the people helping me.

The inside of the truck was filthy even though I called and let them know. I had high-end staging furniture and wanted to make sure the truck was clean. It was dusty and dirty and really unacceptable. My money should be refunded for this rental.

You should not wait a week until you tell the customer they are being charged more. Told UHaul customer service I was not coming back to the location until Sunday and was told no extra charges now I'm being told there is. Crappy customer service in this situation. I have rented many of auto transports from UHaul over the past few years.

There computer system sucks, twice now in the week I've rented and the waits are horrendous, they also don't like the computer system, and will complain to you about how you could have booked online so they don't have to deal with it. I'm still waiting for them to finally process my return and send me a receipt. Also one of the workers, followed me in the grocery store, it's also a grocery store and they work there to I believe, saw me looking for something in a isle and asked me if I needed help. That part is nice, I told her I needed wart removal stuff, they didn't have any, she started trying to convince me to buy an antifungal creme for it and some other absolute bullshit that will do nothing against a viral infection. Weird and annoying, and actually scummy if she tried that on someone ignorant and got them to buy athletes foot creme or whatever bullshit to put on a wart.

Put a sign outside the store saying it is a uhaul location. Everything is behind the store and not visible to someone who dosen't know.

The check engine light was on the breaks squeaked it didn't pull very well and the head lights pointed way down and it was dangerous when it got dark. I know it's not thriftways fault but I can't believe this truck is in service it must be 15 or 20 years the doors didn't seal well so it was loud. It made it but I hope no one else gets stuck with this crappy truck again. U haul also messed up my reservation

Wouldn't recommend turning in the truck at thriftyway because the parking stalls are not big enough for a 26' uhaul truck and it'll be in the middle of the driveway aisles.

Your app is terribly difficult to use and I was sorely disappointed with the service. The woman at the Montesano location was excellent, but the support in getting me the equipment was dismal. Two of the three locations I was given for pick up were closed with no access to a key. The truck arrived with an essentially empty fuel tank, a light was broken and I was hassled by a police officer for it, and picking up the truck took a full two hours. I realize the Montesano area is a difficult place to support, but if Penske ever starts renting trucks from the Home Depot in Aberdeen, they will get my business going forward. I know U-Haul can do better, it just seems to not be interested in it!

They don't help with unhooking trailers...but I literally couldn't get the trailer off hitch so they sent out the meat dept. guy...very helpful!

The mechanism for opening back door of your truck was rusty and corroded. It should be cleaned and oiled. I know our salt air causes problems and maybe this maintenance issue is overlooked. Thanks, Art Russo

Everything went well, my only complaint was with the truck itself. A headlight was out and the drivers door wouldn't shut properly.

The customer service representative was not very knowledgeable about the pick up process. She even claimed to not know how to work a computer. Took 20 minutes to pick up a key when I had already filled out the check in process online.

We had to drive about 100 miles round trip out of our way to pick up the truck. The rental system doesn't have an option for when you will be dropping it off so the quote system isn't clear. We told the rental counter that we would need the truck until about 3pm the next day. She said pit wouldn't be a problem.

I rented the $19,99 10' moving. On the website, I was quoted a price of just under $40, but when I went to pick up the vehicle the full price was almost $80. I was shocked and a little confused about the price. The woman at the counter was not really that friendly. The inside of the cargo bed was not too bad, but the front cab cup holders had not been cleaned, the space between the driver and passenger side seats along with floors hadn't been vacuumed, and the overall feel of the vehicle felt a little off. Luckily I didn't have far to drive.

While the Uhaul rep assured me over the phone that the trailer would be connected by someone at the pick-up location, unfortunately, after driving an hour to pick this up, I was told they do not do the hookups. They did eventually find someone to help me when I refused to sign anything or accept the trailer without hookup, but it was unnecessarily stressful and a clear miscommunication between Uhaul and the sites they use for their pick-up/drop-offs.

The truck was filthy inside and out. In these days of the pandemic, I was surprised and uncomfortable that at least the inside hadn't been cleaned since the last renter used it. The "low rear tire" warning light stayed on the whole trip. And you'd mileage rate was way too high.

The trailer's running lights were not operational. The blinkers and brake lights worked but we were in the dark while driving. Was pulled over in California for no lights when we realized it. Luckily the cop was nice and followed us to a close autozone to get magnetic lights.

The mirrors on the vehicle did not adjust to accommodate a taller person with the seat adjusted to the rear
