Shelly DCheck-in backed up and extremely slow. Only 1 person behind the counter on a Saturday morning. Computer issues and equipment issues. Trailer I used worked for what I needed it for that day but it was dirty and had a broken back-up light.
SHAWN BEasy to contact via cellphone as site was large. Staff handled my vehicle despite limited parking.

Frank MI am having just a little problem with how I got charged for 3 gal of gas and I only went 12 miles??? Please check your paper work do your truck really only get 4 miles on a gallon of gas??

DOUGLAS KVery safe and convenient picky location. Pickup was a breeze and so was drop off. All from the app. Highly recommend and will use again. My only regret is I did not also use this facility for storage as it would have made things even more convenient. Je les recommande fortement.

KEVIN ERental changed due to lightning on dolly so I dropped it off the same day at a different location and was still charged the full rental charge of $143. Did not even have the dolly 5 hours. I feel I am due a reduced fee.

OCTAVIUS GBooked the vehicle on line for 1:30pm … had to wait 45 mins to get the keys as the staff were lunch. Tank wasn't full (took a picture) but have been charged for 6 gallons of fuel when I drove only 35 miles! Terrible service and unlikely I will ever use U-Haul again. Will be posting this on social media also.

JOSHUA SPhotos of rental equipment will need to be taken (by customer)if the office is closed. Allow 15-20 extra time for reservation processing and for taking photos.

CLYDE ASimplify the online self pickup and drop-off process. Too many steps and had to retake and resend pics way too many times because it kept rejecting them. Maybe a single video would do and ask for driver's info in advance. Also, I was supposed to receive a phone call that never came, possibly because I got things working eventually, but waited more than 15 minutes for that call before things worked. If you have a customer that is ready to pickup and the process isn't working, maybe that should be prioritized.

ALEX JOverall, the process went well. Had a problem changing the pick-up tome online and had to visit Pinnacle to adjust that.
