Have the trailer that the reservation was made for available. Passed two other locations to get the incorrect booking. Please have a Manager call me.

I have no issue with this location. I have issue with U-Haul as an operation. I made this reservation online for a location close to me that had the hours I needed and, according to the app, had the trailer I wanted. U-Haul called me soon after to booking telling me that location never has that trailer (why did the app let me book it?) and I would have to change to a location whose hours don't work for me. I asked about a third location that has workable hours and was told that location does not actually have the trailer size I needed. I had no choice but to use the location that closed too early for my needs. The day before I was to pick up the trailer U-Haul moved my reservation to the location that "never has the trailer I need" but has good hours but left the "adjusted times" from the the first change. When I returned the trailer I called to move my other registrations to this location and adjust the times back to times that actually work for me. I was told on that call that the trailer that U-Haul took my reservations for would not be available anywhere in my area any more and I would have to switch to a larger trailer. This experience has shown me that U-Haul cannot be relied upon to honour their commitments and, since my commitments rely on having the trailer, I cannot commit to anything. I have cancelled my other reservations. I needed this trailer 1 or 2 dozen times a year and expected that, if I made the reservations well in advance, the trailer would be there. Clearly that is not the case. I have made other arrangements so I will never have to worry about if U-Haul will deliver again.

Checkoout attendant did not know the procedure very well and could not answer my questions. The app to upload the photos did not work

The space available for hooking up the trailer was limited owing to Gas Station traffic. I had to navigate my car around a truck that was parked for filling gas, and it gave me some anxious moments. Staff was friendly.

Never assisted in loading or hooking up trailer . Just took picture from the cash inside the store . Did not confirm if hooked up properly at all. Terrible safety standards .

It's a gas station. You have to wait for them to serve every customer that walks in first for the gas station. They didn't have my reservation even tho I checked in online. After waiting more than 30 minutes and watch them serve other guest they started a new reservation. The guy was not helpful at all.

I rented a car hauler and tie down straps for the wheels were broken The 4 pin trailer harness was missing U haul can’t be renting trailers like this it’s dangerous

Worst experience ever !!!! if it wasn't for this location we would have not been able to move our home. Still waiting for the $50 credit promised due to all the run around cased by the lack of customer care you provided. Extremely stressful and you are not customer focused.

It's a gas station... How is it supposed to be inviting or clean? There were no personnel.

We rented 2 dollies along with the truck but surprised that there was no slide in the truck and the moving was harder and painful without the slide and the dollies were useless.

Very convenient location. The best thing It is with the gas station so you can fill up the gas right on the location. The staff is also very helpful.

I chose this location because your website said it had a 24 hour drop off policy. When I attempted to drop off the vehicle the attendant wouldn't accept it because he said it was to late at night. I was forced to pull up the entire transaction to prove to them that there was no return time parameters for that location. Why on earth do I have to teach your staff how to do their jobs?
