It would have been nice to have assistance outside with hook-up, check lights, etc. and with backing up to park upon return. Attendants were very busy both times with gas bar & Beer Store customers.

Tarek HHave more staff to deal with U-Haul due to gas station employee busy with lotto and other purchases. The trailer I rented needed lubricant in the trailer ball clasp mechanism, I could barely turn it to get it locked in place
Mark MThe trailer I had rented was not inspected upon return as there was dirt and grass clippings covering the floor of the trailer. The gas attendant brought out a broom and swept it and apologized. I usually rent from the Newmarket or Aurora locations which are actual U-Haul stores. I’ve never found the service at the other locations to be that great. As others say, it’s a gas station so when you go to return you have to wait in line and are bumped by those getting gas. Luckily the app worked and I was able to do the check-in myself. I went in just to let them know that I’ve dropped it off and checked in online and got a weak and nonchalant “ok”. I asked if he needed to see it and he said no. At least the online return system worked well.
