BARRY TI may have entered into the wrong door. If so, that was my mistake. The place looked like a workshop and very disorganized. Despite that the gentleman there was very friendly and helpful, and I was able to drop the truck off with the absolute ease.

CHRISTOPHER HPiston Thrift is a great location. I was in and out for my trailer rental in 10 minutes . I drive past a uhaul place to use piston instead. Friendly people as well.

JUNE MI use a car hauler a few times a month and this location has very good service. I was there 15 minutes including hooking up the trailer. There was someone in front of my so the lady immediately started checking me in on her phone. Overall great location

KIMBERLY PThis location called me two days after I dropped off the truck and said the back end had a dent. My husband and I were with the truck all day and absolutely nothing happened. They just charged my card $331 without notice. I will never rent a uhaul from them again. Please let me know how I can get my money back. This is a scam!

Mark gI had issues with my equipment and was told my rental would be extended for no charge, after I had to wait over 2 hours for roadside service to arrive because U-Haul dispatched a towing company 1 hour and 45 minutes away, even though I was only a few minutes from a small town which my insurance company dispatched a tow for for my personal vehicle, because U-Haul wouldn't tow my vehicle with their company. U-haul also wanted to take the loaded trailer almost 75 miles away from where I was instead of 15 miles to my house so I could empty it. Then Instead of being charged 2 days as expected due to the problems, I was charged for a 7 day rental. I was told several times I would be not be charged the extra days and that U haul would work with me, just to keep them in the loop regard repairs. I ended up disputing this and was told somebody would call me within 72 hours. Nobody called. I called back and was told my dispute was denied. I asked for someone else to talk to and requested the recorded calls be replayed in which I was told I would not be charged and was still told I would have to pay for the extra days. Very poor customer service and false promises made. Will not use again or recommend if at all possible. I have been a loyal customer and rented several times and still feel very wronged with no satisfactory attempts to resolve the issue.
William PCloses at 3 every day with no discernable parking spots. I just had to guess at the best place to park the truck and hope it was okay. Despite it being the closest location to my new home, I'll go out of my way and find another location for all future rentals.
