I will shore be renting from this location again. Very friendly staff and easy process.
EMALY YCoordinator was not on site, asked us to wait, had to coordinate to pick up keys from a neighboring business. It worked out but could have been a real problem if we were not flexible on timing

DOROLIAN MMissing equipment requested Pick id verification was a frustrating process Charged some random $2 fee when dropped off with no explanation Contact number shown on website and confirmation order was a disconnected number I would appreciate a credit - due to the fact that the last 2 times i have used uhaul it has been a bad experience Last time in 2020 the place i rented from not only did not have trucks in parking lot they were not even opened I had yo scramble yo find another location that had a truck HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BOTH TIMES
John OHave a location closer to destination. The reservation process from the beginning required more than a few phone calls, to correct the reservations as to P/U, time, and return. It was extremely frustrating, time consuming. Remote P/U took 40 minutes. Laborious, and time consuming. Streamline the process please.
