Unclear instructions to pick up trailer. Called to speak with customer service representative to pick up trailer based on instructions on the door. When I was finally able to speak with a representative using a different number, he was rude and impatient.
Josef KThe guy at the location was very nice, but the location itself reminded me of a horror movie. This is not a food mart. This is an empty building with no flooring, no ceiling, and no walls. It looks like an abandoned building that someone put a creepy couch in and is now renting Uhauls out of. I would never reccomend any female to go there alone, ever.

WYLIE SThe location was closed at my arrival. I used the app in order to return my equipment. There was nobody to receive the furniture dolly and 2 dozens of blankets that I rented. I called customer service to inform that I left the extra equipment inside the truck (picture provided)

ALFRED TI had a very disappointing experience with this U-Haul location. The store or office (if you can even call it that) was abandoned and not open when we arrived. The mobile pick-up process was a mess- the key wasn't in the lockbox where it was supposed to be. The only saving grace was that the person in charge answered my calls whenever I needed help. However, even then, he refused to come to the office to assist us in person, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This experience was enough to make me say a big NO to any future rentals from this location. I'm honestly shocked that U-Haul allows this kind of poorly run business to operate under their name.

VASILII SDriver and passenger doors would not close properly, or stay closed. Very dangerous! Rather expensive considering I did all of the check out/check in on my own using the app as well.
ROURY BWe weren't given enough mileage. The mileage offered was barely enough to get to the next truck drop off location not enough to get to the location we needed to load up and to the location we had to drop our things off too. I said something in the very beginning that wasn't enough mileage. So I'm not sure how you calculated that but it was completely wrong.

DERRICK BLocated in abandoned store. Trailer rented was defective. Roll up door wouldn't close. Left side tire was out of balance and bounced the whole trip and then the tire blew on the right side almost causing me to wreck my truck with family inside.
