Horrible service. Order was wrong serval time and was over charged. No one could get my order correct. Very disappointed.

TIMOTHY TMy check in process was a disaster. I had done the pre-check on line and my reservation was still messed up. I was an hour in the store getting my trailer. The lady there tried to help but it was on Uhauls end that was not right. Then after finally getting my reservation straight I was allowed to go get my trailer. When I got to the trailer, the tongue was on the ground. The trail had no jack. I had to struggle by myself to pick the trailer up hurting my back and neck in the process. If I had another place to rent from, I would.
