It was a very last minute need to tow a car and UHaul had just the right thing we needed.
Rose CBlankets were missing and the dolly was unattached and lying on the floor.
RODNEY KA little inconvenient to drop off in mud, between cars. (Parking lot is a bit disorganized, but that's to be expected at a repair shop.) Otherwise, it was fine.

DEE RWhen we picked up the equipment at the Poor Boys Auto location, the equipment was dirty and still had items inside the car from the previous customer. The AC wasn't working so we were told to drive to Idaho Falls to get it fixed where they did a poor job. In Billings we had to stop at the other U-Haul shop where they did an amazing job and finally fixed the AC in the truck.
Raul VI came on a Sunday when they were closed. Finding a place to park was scarce.

Donavan FFor nothing but a trailer would have been nice for the lights on trailer had worked. You know when you are packed and ready for a move from Idaho to Colorado all your tools and items are boxed up. Then you have to load everything twice when you have to return that trailer for a different one just to get moving down the road. So wish there was another company that rented trailers. Nice work UHAUL Thanks for looking out for the safety of your customers.
