JOHN HThe truck was dirty, the truck was missing the items ordered (furniture pads and dollies) and when I went in the store to let her know, she did not even have the dolly I requested. She gave me a different one and watched me drag it outside and into the truck. Location was closed earlier than my checkout and there was no drop box for the key at this location so I had to come back in the morning to return the key. The self check in process was not smooth and took almost an hour to pick up my U-Haul truck

Wilhelmina MI never received my $50 credit per the store owner / operator Joel . This was supposed to be credited to my account due to the store operator failing to deliver the vehicle when I initially reserved it .
