The only issue I had at my drop off location was the gate being closed. I wasn't aware that I had to get out of the truck to open the gate. It was confusing and not very inviting. Other than that the drop off was fine.

pamela MWe had trouble navigating to the location. We did not pick our truck up from the desired location. The truck was dirty inside. Ashes were all over the floor. The windshield was dirty. Noone was there to greet us. We had trouble opening the sliding door. Someone finally came to assist. I will not rent from this location again.
Marjorie BThe truck I picked up did not have working running lights (ie when the headlights are on, the taillights are also supposed to be on - but that function did not work on this vehicle). The only reason I rented this truck was to drive a trailer home to Lakeland, Florida. But since the running lights were not working I did not feel comfortable hooking the trailer to it. Therefore I drove an empty truck all the way back home with no trailer, at night, without tail lights. Since I was unable to utilize the vehicle for its intended purpose I am formally requesting a refund on my rental. I have video documenting the vehicle's malfunction.
