No staff on site. Very dangerous platform to enter. Lots of construction around. The place to drop off the key is kinda hidden.

The app did not worked and I spent at least an hour with a great customer service representative who was apologetic and solve what the app couldn’t do

We have struggled where is the location and call the place even not connected . Luckily find the place but no e one care of it. A few days later Uhaul called to me it wasn't register yet..
