no one around to help check the truck in and on saturday early afternoon

Lot is in the country on dirt roads. Exterior was muddy, but the insidrle was clean. Person helping me was excellent.

Reservation service was bad. We went to the designated location to pick up truck, but no one was there. Called the phone on the door, nobody answered. We called reservation again and was told the truck was not available. We need redone reservation and pick up the truck at another location 40 miles away.

The location was well off any main roads. Had to travel gravel roads to get there, located on a farm. Nice enough people but our reservation was for a location in Manhattan, KS. We made the reservation a month ago to move our son home from college. We needed a very small truck for one bedroom worth of furniture and boxes. We got stuck with a very large 26 foot truck in a different town. Although we got it at the same price, it was a fortune to fill the truck with gas. We were not reimbursed for that. Because we were called the night before, there wasn't any time to find anything more suitable. Driving by the facility in which we had originally reserved a truck in Manhattan, we saw they had the size of truck we requested in their parking lot. Thanks a lot U-Haul.

It was dark when we delivered the truck out in the country on 5 miles of hilly gravel roads. Thankfully we didn't meet a car. The only light was on the shop. We had trouble with the self check in because of the lack of light. It was too dark even with our headlights to take pictures. Thankfully the owner of the business came home and helped us complete the check in. It was very very cold and not pleasant to do this checkin.

The drop off was almost a joke! Literally a persons mobile home trailer in the country off gravel roads to find it. No one ever came around. So bad I called uhaul 3x to verify it was the drop off. 2 days later got a final bill and WTF charged me for 3 gallons of gas... I had to call uhaul once again to get that straighten out. Least to say my socials have been blown up by this experience on not to use Uhaul and all the issues this one trip brought. They wasn't even the cheapest for this move!

No one at the site for drop off

Pick-up in the country, not the most convenient location. The online check in process is terrible, was never provided an access code. Dolly I requested wasn't available, though the gentleman did have a different type available.

I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul at a different location and then the day prior was told I had to pick it up at Prince and Long. This location was an additional 20 minutes away and was inconvenient, as I selected my initial store for a reason. While the staff was friendly, the location was out of the way down several gravel roads. I do not blame the staff at Prince and Long but it was an inconvenient experience overall.

This location is on a gravel road, in someone's yard. No one present during posted hours. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get the truck I reserved at another location. Truck was missing the Dollie's I rented and I had to drive to yet another location to get those. I lost 2 hours of my day because of this mess.

Great place and time guy was very nice and helpful. Just a heads up, this location is in the country, so you will be driving on dirt roads.

I only used this trailer about 6 hours. I would like to see a 1/2 day rate. Which I understand is out of the locations hands. This needs to be addressed at the corporate level.
