I was not informed that I was setup for a self-service pickup or drop-off, so I had to call uHaul at pickup for 30 minutes while they got me the key code. The location was fine, but I should have been made aware in advance that self advice was even an option. I also wish I had gotten a larger truck. As soon as I saw it I knew it was too small. The gentleman at uHaul who helped me schedule my rental was very reluctant to get me a larger truck and told me that a 20' truck was enough for a 4 bedroom house, which it most certainly is not. I'm a very skilled mover, and this truck was simply too small. We need at least a 24' truck, and I wish the customer service had been more insightful and helpful with this matter.

This location is not open Saturday/Sunday so no personnel available to assist.with drop off. We used your "Self Drop Off" feature on U-Haul app. The app worked well and is easy to use. This location is tucked in back of an Industrial park so more U Haul signage would make it easier to find.
ALAN Dafter a 6 hour drive arrived before noon the building was closed. just drive round back and meet some dude in a truck no rest room available. the lot was encased in ice. and needed to break out all the ice on the wheel dolly in ordered use it, ratchet straps were frozen and jammed

The people were great, however I rented here twice now and have always had a problem picking up/returning a vehicle or there is some error being charged way extra for some reason at this online pickup location. Do not recommend. Firstly, I went to pick up the uhaul I reserved to find out it was not there and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for it. Upon returning the vehicle, several days later I was charged an additional $340 for an error on uhauls end that has yet to be resolved. Diana, the customer service rep I had to call was very rude, unprofessional and very unknowledgeable. Luckily her manager was professional and knowledgeable who immediately located the error and explained it was an error on uhauls end and would attempt to remedy the issue. Waiting for issue to be resolved at this time.

Joseph CThey were in the process of building the interior of their location. As for the equipment, the AT was in fair condition, the right tire strap and or ratchet should be replaced as it never remained secure. The trailer jack needs to be replaced. It was one of the worst jacks I have ever used. Needed 2 hands to raise or lower the jack. Even the staff at return location stated the same.
Richard DFirst I tried to pick up my truck in Bowmansville, NY and they had the truck up front but no key. Ended up on hold for over an hour in the cold freezing my butt off. Finally told me to go to Canada, but I can't go to Canada. Then told me West Seneca has a U-haul so I have to take another Uber there to get a different truck. Scheduled a call back with a representative for when I get to other location just to make sure everything was okay. The Uhaul app told me the key was in one of the lock boxes and took me 30 minutes to figure out it was in back of Uhaul. Get in that Uhaul and whoever parked the truck did a good job because it took 25 minutes to pull truck out because they parked a trailer in front.
