BILL HPro Power Rental is a great U-Haul location. Friendly, knowledgeable team who process rentals quickly, so I can get to work. Have rented here probably a half a dozen times. Will be back soon.

gary gLocation was fine. Was not pleased that the day before my pick up U-Haul changed my pick up spot. Why would I reserve a trailer from one location and then you tell me the day before I have to go to a different spot. If there is not equipment available, why did you let me reserve. This is like flying into JFK and the rental car is at Newark.
Brian KLove pro power only issue was with uhaul and their truck. Was told we would be reimbursed something for the encountered issues and then was charged more and told no reimbursement. Definitely not very ethical on uhauls end.
Scott BLove pro power, uhaul truck has a parking brake that gets stuck and needs to be put in reverse to disengage it. Was told that we would be reimbursed a portion for our troubles which was a lie and now told they won't do anything to reconcile the issue.

Ramon LThe circle lock NEEDS to be replaced for the key box #3. The letters would not turn and the locking mechanism would not move. We had to go to the nearby hardware store to purchase a lighter to heat the lock. In addition, we needed to use 3 seperate tools to help pry and move the letters on the lock! Very stressful, inconvenient and bothersome with freezing cold wind to contend with.

SARAH PI'm very disappointed that we were charged 21,1 to return the trailer after hours. We were not told of this charge. We only had the trailer from 10am to about 545pm. The location that we returned to was closed on Sunday. I request the reimbursement of this 21.10.
Dawm JI try to make it a practice to never recommend anything to anyone at anytime. Hence the no answer on recommendation.
DOUG MMotorcycle trailer is the best deal, bar none. Cheapest, safest way to haul a bike. Fits a goldwing no problem.

Anne GThe truck was not maintained at all, check engine light was on, and both front tires had flat spots, so when going down the road the steering wheel shook, with only 39000 miles on it that is ridiculous. Look over your trucks before renting them out.

Then I had my rental reservation changed without giving me adequate notification. Pro Power Rental is a great location to rent from. I will likely go to them for other rentals, regardless of the issues with the uhaul site.

The mobile drop off was extremely frustrating, and was not allowing me to take some of the pictures, and was taking an extremely long time to allow me to take and load the ones I could. I ended up having to call the main U-Haul number. My call was answered quickly and the person was very helpful.
