Christopher SFirst, our location was moved from original site we rented from - we were not informed of this until we showed up at the original place to pick it up. The new location was out of our way, adding almost 60 miles to our trip. When we called customer service about this, the first person we spoke with (who did not give her name) was incredibly rude, talked over us, refused to get a manager or help in any way. When my husband asked for her name, he was immediately put on hold. We called back, and spoke with Marissa - who did an amazing job, got us a manager quickly who was able to help us with the extra mileage problem. Had it not been for Marissa and her manager, we would have cancelled our reservation and not have used U-Haul ever again.
Jennifer BI was overcharged for mileage. I've emailed your customer service representative and have had no response. If someone doesn't contact me by close of business tomorrow 0716/2024, I'm contacting my bank to dispute the full charges of the transaction because of the overage. RICHARD sThis location is truly wonderful! I have a deep admiration for the owners and their lovely shop. However, I must bring to your attention that the 10-foot truck we rented to move our son was in suboptimal condition. The brakes were not performing at their best, the driver's seat was tilted to the left, and every bump on the highway made us feel as though the truck was about to fall apart. While I fully appreciate that this is not the location's responsibility, I believe that this vehicle requires immediate attention to ensure it can operate safely or be replaced altogether.

Joseph CTruck didn't seem that reliable and I was not aware that it was pay per mile until actual pickup. The original quote was just 20/day....so it was misleading.

Steven Plotsa of runaround from original dealer who suddenly did not have the van I wanted .Made arrangement with this dealer but forgot to specify 3 days. New dealer did not have van for 3 days either, stuck me with 10 foot truck which was totally unsatisfactory. Too hard to get in and out. Too hard to load/unload. Difficult to get into rear. Will NEVER get this truck again! Glad this is over!
