Truck had lots of previous damage, but all of it was marked previously. However, this did not inspire confidence for our 600 mile move. Dealer did not have a utility dolly, offered no other option and did not refund the previously paid rental for that dolly. Would prefer a different dolly or at least a refund.

Quentin WIt's in a bad location. The staff barely spoke English. The retaining pin for the trailer was missing. The employee didn't seem to know what he was doing. He has to call someone to figure out what was happening. It took around 30 mins to even pay. He changed my reservation for an additional two days that I didn't request which cost more money. Not a great experience.
