Overcharged me on mileage when the speedometer clearly was not valid before I left the pick-up site. This location needs to properly go through the process of checking the vehicles out & in when customers come to pick it up. I will be reaching out to corporate for the unprofessionalism and trying to scam on mileage.

I picked up a Uhaul from this location Saturday afternoon and dropped it off the same day. As usual, I take pictures of the gas meter, odometer and condition of the truck before I drive off, and do the same when I drop off the truck. I made sure the truck had the same amount of gas when I dropped it off as when I picked it up. I received the receipt this morning via email (Tuesday) and was charged 2 gallons of gas ($12,5). $12,5 might not be a lot of money, but if they tried to do it to me, there I'm sure they've done it to many other people. Make sure to document condition, odometer and gas gage before pick up and after drop of if you need to use a truck from this location, but use a different location if you can.
EDGAR SThe check in for the truck was not working. I called and could not reach anyone a U-haul. Had to wait for a call back which was a 20 min wait. Then they must have got the millage wrong because when I check the truck back in the charged me for 46 miles on a 2 mile move. Tried call service again and the said they could not help me. Needed to wait up to 72 hours for a call back. In the mean time they charge my card the 46 miles. Horrible, Horrible service for self check in....Don't do it!!
Angela HThere was no problem with the truck, or the location. Pricing has always been decent. My problem was I do not work for U Haul and paying for my service, didn't not warrant me taking pictures of the inside, outside,front, back, odometer, fuel, drivers license, selfie. Please!!!
tammy sGreat service with seamless check-in and return processes. While they may have a smaller number of vehicles, if you make a reservation, they will have it ready. From what I saw in their parking lot, they offer options ranging from a 9' cargo van to a 15' truck. Unlike other locations, they stay open late (~11 PM), allowing for a one-day rental if you need a truck until the evening instead of being charged for two days. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a reliable U-Haul rental!
