I will never use U- HAUL EVER AGAIN…!! I will encourage everyone against doing business with U-HAUL FROM NOW ON … I hope you go out of business..!!

Not much room to leave equipment. Glad it was daylight when dropping off.

The rental place was awesome. The people there were great. The actual U-Haul company customer service is awful. Some of the most unhelpful and inconsiderate and uncaring people I have dealt with. I dealt with three different ladies and they were all the same. It's like it was scripted. I reserved the U-Haul at the current location. Got a confirmation email from U-Haul the company an hour later. I got a call from U-Haul saying the truck was not available at the time at the location I rented it which was not true. they directed me to a location 30 miles from my home which would've been a 60 mile round trip mileage charge. U-Haul, the company would not even consider trying to work it out with the location that I rented it from originally. I was lucky though I was able to work with the original rental location and they held a truck for me and I canceled it at the alternate location again both the rental locations were awesome U-Haul company customer service is awful

This was one of the worst experiences of my life! First I'm 3 hours away from home. Went to one location to pick up my reservation only to get there and it was closed even though it said they were open. Then call and have to talk to someone for forever who ever she was did help a lot she was great but everyone else was ass. We go through like 5 locations that either say they are open and we call and are actually closed or don't have what we need, then we find one that has what we need and is open but we have to drive another hour and a half away to get it and drive and hour and a half back. To only get there and it takes like 45 minutes to even get it checked out because no one at the location had a clue what they were doing had to wait for them to call some to help who also didn't know what they were doing. Then finally get to the check out process and it won't let them give me the item I ordered because just now after talking in the phone and seeing 5 people it decides this product won't work for what I need so then I have to get a different product and we go out to hook it up by our selves no help they clearly hadn't inspected it bc all the chains and straps were undone and had been drug by the last person to have the trailer. Only to then have to drive the hour and a half back to the other location and then drive 3 hours home.

Engine light was on the truck and also wiper blades need to be replaced. Other than these everything was good.
