Online booking was easy, assistant in store was very quick with checking in and very friendly. I had issues with the online link that I was to do before leaving and then when returning my van but believe that was my age and lack of understanding online thins. Great experience otherwise and would use this location again.

The truck was in a very poor condition. The wheel alignment is off, requiring the steering wheel to be held in a vertical position to maintain a straight driving path. Driving the truck above 55 mph was scary due to this. The engine light was on and the parking brake would get stuck at times. I have used Uhual a lot of times using various different truck sizes but never had a bad experience like this. You need to ensure the trucks are in a good and safe condition for the customers to drive on the roads.

The truck was in terrible shape and was not safe to drive. It almost broke down on me, hard to keep on the road from how hard the steering was pulling to the left, the trasnmission was sticking so bad it wouldnt even change gears sometimes ,and the engine sounded so terrible after 10mins of driving I thought it was going to explode. Also the packing blankets I paid for were not in the truck. I will never rent from this location again.

The cab of the truck was wet inside. The appliance dolly that I reserved was not in the truck, and the low air pressure light was on for one of the tires. I sent a message about these items and never received a response.

Overall great experience with Uhaul, It will be great if Trailer could have inbuilt jack

The equipment was in good condition, clean and ready to be used. The staff was professional and very helpful.

The mobile app was required for me To pick up and drop off. It did not allow me to log in and I waited for a total of hour on hold and the person told me to use the url site to log in and I would receive directions from there. I was able to see my reservation but the gentleman in the store did my rental agreement due to the website not giving me the truck info it was supposed to. Upon returning my truck, the camera link didn't allow me to take pictures needed to complete the mobile return. I had to text the store owner pictures.

Yes - the people that worked at this location were the best, very polite, helpful and explained everything. I have rented U-hauls several times over the past five years and have had mostly positive experiences; however the person at the drop of facility was the best

The only reason I did not rate this location higher is because you have to rent from here using the mobile app and retrieve/return your keys using the lock box. I found that process very easy and convenient, but some other customers might want to go to one of your locations with a store to be able to go through the process with a customer service representative face to face.

This is in a sort of sketchy area and the owner/manager tried to solicit business from us for his side hustle when we brought the van back! Had to call when trying to rent it, and had a very rude CSR. I will try not to have to use UHaul in the future.
