THADDEUS PExcellent service à la clientèle. They hooked up the trailer without me asking, just dived right in, even though I didn't request help. When returning same thing, unhooked trailer for me. My go to rental store.
KENNETH CI would recommend having a different parking method, i found it a little difficult to take photos of the truck but the app didnt give me a hard time about it, so i was a plus. I was also a little confused on where to find the key and where to leave it. But i managed, it was a good experience over all.

JASON MThe initial drop off was a different location in Santa Paula, 717 Harvard Blvd. which was a nightmare. The person on phone didn't speak English and the address was a house on a busy road. After 14 hours of driving this added grief was the last thing I needed. I had to call a different number to speak to Chris who was wonderful and then I was able to drop off U-Haul truck.

Ray VIf a customer ends up not using the car hauler because the seller lied about the condition of the vehicle to be towed. U-Haul should give there customer a credit for a car hauler rental that was never used, As in my case!

I did not discover this until well into the trip and thankfully before I absolutely needed them so that I could purchase new ones or it could have been a deadly situation. Also had to have a tire valve stem replaced or risk a blow out

Victoria HTruck was in great shape. I received the truck at 1/4 of a tank and returned it at 1/2. Got better mileage than I thought. Wish I could get refunded for my gas or at least a gas credit.. lol

IRENE GI truly appreciate the help they provided after hours when I accidentally locked my cell phone in the moving van. If not for their trust and assistance, I would have been really stuck. Service was great from start to finish.

LANA YI had no issues with the rental location I was sent to in Santa Paula. They were extremely helpful and assisted me with my questions. My issues have been with the website, the wrong information posted and lack of help I have received from customer service and online support. I am glad this experience is over. Will probably think twice about using Uhal for my next move. Long time customer, who's very disappointed with the service.
