The locatiuon was very convenient to my home. However, the procvess of first locating and then obtaining the key was very unclear. Details could bve given to the customer via email prior to arrival as to the process of obtaining the key.

Couldn't figure out how to get van from this unmanned location. It took me 3 phone calls and 45 minutes to get keys to van. Far from ideal, and there were no instructions for process anywhere.
Christiane GKey retrieval was very challenging as we were unable to open the lock for the key box. The owner called me and tried to walk me through the code for the lock, but in the end he had to drive to lockbox and open it himself as it was very difficult to open.
