Checkin process took forever due the agent had the wrong location different from the one on the reservation. The trailer was old and the running lights did not work. I felt sorry for the agent that worked very hard with mo help from the manager and she was dealing with the motel guests also.

Had a great experience picking the trailer at Sonall LLC. The customer service was exceedingly above average. This location is a great representation of how a UHaul rental should be handled. The only drawback, was not getting the name of the person handling the rental agreement, she was very pleasant and professional. With all the UHaul rentals in the area, I would highly recommend this location. Outstanding job.with all the assistance, thank you.

Truck van floor was dirty from previous user. Staff was not ready for me at 8AM even though I had a reservation - representative was late and blankets were not ready for the rental

There needs to be signage. We spent over an hour trying to locate the counter. My wife entered the Ramada inn looking for assistance and was met with confusion of sign in. Another patron also had issue with check in because there is no signage showing pickup info. I emailed the owner to let him know as a business owner myself, signage is important and needed. I never heard from him. Next time I will prob drive the extra distance to mad meadows to avoid this location

I rented a trailer. It works for me but you're on your own to locate, hook up and disconnect the equipment. This might be a consideration for some people

It's actually the Ramada inn that is the uhaul location...which it doesn't say on Google or with uhaul! So that took up time to figure out

The owners wanted to help Ramada Inn customers ahead of Uhaul customers. My wife was there to pick up a 6 x 12 trailer and there wasn't anybody to help her hook it up. She tried to hook up the trailer and hurt her back in the process. She called me to inform me that she couldn't hook up the trailer. I traveled 45 minutes to hook the trailer up. It was sitting in a wet mudhole which made it all the more difficult to hook up.

Find someone else to represent U-haul the lady not only was rude she also embarrassed and insulted me and she doesn’t even work for or represent u-haul (Shana) I think was her name misrepresenting U-haul Apparently he closed and left knowing I had a reservation this is the second time I’ve had issues there I am currently waiting on a “manager” from U-haul to call me and make this right

Make sure the moving truck is at the location prior to you going to pick it up. The location was nice about the ability to upgrade to a 20 foot but I wasn't interested in that big of a truck. Make sure your mileage is correct prior to checking in and out a truck. It was a $94 costly mistake on my part. I will definitely pay attention next time!

Clear up confusion. The app and U-Haul website showed this location being open / available for rentals on Saturday and Sunday. I reserved the trailer online and when I went to pick it up on Saturday, the girl at the front desk said they don't rent U-Hauls on the weekend. Luckily I had the app with the reservation info on my phone, along with the email showing it.

Only reserved a regular dolly they added 8 bags of blankets (48) and an appliance dolly I didn't need. Didn't know they added until I went to get my regular dolly. Told they couldn't remove since I already paid.

I have never seen a Ramada Inn & U-Haul, but it was a good location right off the interstate and very convenient. The management was very helpful. Overall a very good experience.

Try to charge for a late drop off when I returned a day early. No help to unhook. Read the reviews This location should be closed by U Haul.

U-Haul called the day I dropped truck and said they had to move the truck to another location because there were "1 to many" trucks at that location. Weird.

I didn't see any signs out front as to where to drop the key. I ended up going to the front desk of the hotel, which was the right choice. The woman behind the counter was very friendly. My only complaint is that I didn't see any signs telling me where to drop the key.

Excellent location with easy in-out from major intersection. Clean location with lots of parking spots & associate was very helpful. He was trying to help to find the right rental for my next move.

The drop off was a location behind a hotel. No signage and it was a parking lot. No attendant or office. Really didn't know where to go to leave the trailer so I left it by the other trailers on the property. and hoped for the best. I will be renting a large truck for the move to Texas from Virginia. I know the drop-off there will be easy and accessible.

The personnel behind the counter at this hotel are not trained in Uhaul. We were specifically told only the owner deals with Uhaul and to park it behind the building and it would get checked in when he was around next. I was then called twice the following day about it being late when it had been sitting at the location for 24 hrs. It still took 6 more hours before it was checked in and I received receipt.

Miserable experience person to rent a truck wasn't there for 35 minutes and then system will not let anyone release a truck for another 30+ minutes. Absolutely terrible

The truck is dangerous. Brakes pull to right. Left front tire bald on outside. It leaks water in cargo area. Spent $7 000 with uhaul bringing our stuff to Virginia into storage. Rented this an boxes got wet. Dangerous on wet road. Returned 9am the day before due back and since I returned 1 hour after original pickup time of 8am was charged for the extra day. Don't tell me I could have returned it for another one. MY TIMING WAS CRITICAL TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE HALF OF WHAT I WANTED TO USE THE TRUCK FO. Really insulted I was rented such a piece of junk. Tom

The app to drop off the truck was not user friendly.

The drop off location was a motel, and the proprietor did not properly check in the U-Haul equipment that I returned, nor did he properly check in the equipment that I brought to Wytheville, Va as part of U-Haul's "Equipment Relocation Program". As a result, I literally had to go find the truck and tow dolly myself (2 days later) to insure they were properly checked in. Further, I still haven't been reimbursed for participating in U-Haul's "Equipment Relocation Program"; therefore, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in my area to file a complaint. Hopefully, I'll never have to use U-Haul again.
