Set up was easy and painless. Office clerk was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the seal for the dolly that is located in the back of the truck had broken during one of my trips. This resulted in me getting charged $7/day for a dolly that I did not use. I have not reached out about this but I have no proof to show I didn't use it so I'm not sure if it's resolvable. In hindsight, I should've strapped the dolly in place so the bumpy roads wouldn't break the plastic seal.

I was in Indianapolis Indiana, had a trailer reserved for 3 weeks in advance and then the day I need it I have to drive a hour away to pick it up because of someone not doing there job correctly very very very poor service on Uhaul themselves....

RICHARD WTruck was however new but ran very well. Staff was great! Over mileage @ 0,99 cents a mile was a bit much but was able to get the job done. I feel an extra 0,5 cents over would be a better alternative cause you really can't guess mileage and what you exactly need.

Karrie MThe owners rent a lot, they do not have an active business on this lot. So the equipment is there but since they do not have a business to operate from you can not get your keys. This needs to be shut down and not available for use, it's very frustrating especially when it's supposed to be available for use. I still have not recieved my credit back from uhaul yet.
