Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was a customer for years and Anita in the office was professional, friendly, and top notch customer service with a smile. But the owner is a very rude, arrogant, and angry old man that hates life! I might have been a the facility a couple times a year due to living out of state I was there getting a few things from my unit and dropped off a small amount of trash in the dumpster when all of sudden the owner comes flying up in his Kubota SXS and jumps out yelling, " We rent storage units not dumpsters" I said I understand that I'm a customer and hardly ever here and he was so aggravated and upset he demanded my name and went to the office to check! He handled the situation so wrong! Do yourself a favor a stay away from this place he is a angry old man who should retire and let his son and Anita run the place. This guy is in his in the stage of life where a customer is a nuisance and the world is his because he has money! He should be forced to stay away from people as his actions are totally uncalled for I then spent all the next day cleaning out my unit and will NEVER step foot on Kevins
RICHARD T | Expérience généraleHad our storage unit since 2013, just recently cleaned out the unit over the weekend. I must say that paying directly from our bank was easy, the grounds are kept up and the security must be great cause no break-ins all those years. Staff friendly and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
