But,gps can't located the entrance.
JN SEl vehiculo estaba en buenas condiciones ,pero el lugar y la atención fue muy malo ,todo fue a la deriva y la atención del personal no fue la adecuada,y de paso cobran un momento el cual no valio la pena por el lugar de entrega u la persona que lo entrego ,estaba tan apurado en irse Que ni se tomo el tiempo para decirme las condiciones del vehiculo y de paso lo entrego sin suficiente diesel el cual no es bueno porque si me quedaba accidentado nadie me auxiliaria,en pocas palabras no me gustó y me senti estafado .
Luis CThe gentleman would not give me his name he was rude the place was creepy and dark there are no signs telling you where to go or where to park the truck.

YAHAIRA PProvide clear directions and a reasonable place to make after-hours drop-offs. We arrived to find entire property chained up, so we called again and were told to park outside fence by drop-off box. We were already past this point on a busy, one-way street, So we spent close to an hour figuring out how to get the truck back without having to make an impossible U-turn with a huge vehicle. We drove over 1100 miles in 23 hours, and the drop-off was the worse part.
MICA JEasy and quick both pick up and drop off. I did online check in gave the gentleman my name and got keys. Checked the truck and brought back same day.

MICHAEL GHave another U-Haul person bring vehicle to the front. It was scary going all the way to the back and leaving my vehicle back there and that owners of flea market will tow your car before U-Haul closes. Everything else was ok

PHILLIP DThere is no store front or office located here and business is conducted in a parking lot. No extra equipment was available. Luckily weather was decent or there would be no means to do business.
James TWhen i dropped off the truck it was very shady. Had a guy on a bike check the vehicle and then left was gone for 20 mins. Finally gave me back my deposit. Tried to change me an extra 15 dollars for gas. Which i put gas in the truck and it was more then when i got it. Whole experience was very shady and weird. This located is was at 4301 w. Vine st Kissimmee FL. No one spoke English very poor service. Will not be going back there.

Omar F#1) I was advised that it would be ok to be a few hours late by text through an agent with no additional charges being applied. This was due to another recommendation of parking the truck from 8pm-11am at the Wal-Mart parking lot without incident. I asked security if it would be ok and they ok'ed the parking. Then at 10:41 AM a tow truck was dispatched to tow the truck and was advised by the tow truck driver that in his experience with Wal-Mart; that the right hand didn't speak iwith the left hand. I spoke with Bill the Manager of AP who indicated that at 10Pm he made the call to tow the truck. The tow truck driver stated the only reason the truck wasn't towed the evening before is due to the unavailability of the truck needed to tow th UHaul Truck. I had to pay $250 drop fee vs a $500 fee had the truck been towed. I am completely dissatisfied with the extra day charges when I could have been informed of such and the invalid information that I would be able to park the truck for less than 24 hours in the very rear of the parking lot.

It took to me less then 10 minutes to be out after I made my reservation, the guy in charge is awesome , he returned the call back right away when I was trying to make my reservation and answered all my questions, thank you for the great service
DORA TWhen picking up the truck it is a little obscure, but the guy is very helpful quick and efficient. I was in and out with my truck in less than 10 minutes.
Justin IGreat experience renting from this location. Ren was super responsive, provided excellent instructions for returning the truck, and was a pleasure to work with overall. Five stars.
