Ensure that contingencies are in place in the event an employee becomes sick, so that customers do not have to wait for an extended period for service.
MARLON BWe just dropped keys in the drop box that is why I chose no to personal being helpful.
Colleen WI rented a car dolly from this location and was very happy with the customer service and the efficiency of the operation. The dolly was properly hooked up to my truck before I even finished the paperwork. And upon my return to the facility, the polite and courteous employee unhooked and removed the dolly from my truck in seconds. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing any type of U-HAUL equipment.

Suzanne TThe trailer was left in the mud and the inside of the trailer was dusty. The road getting into the lot had many holes that moving a trailer over is not ideal.
James RThey were closed although sign said open 9-5 Mon-Fri. I called the number posted on door and the lady told me drop the key in the box and she'd send me a return confirmation shortly. That was yesterday before lunch and I've still not received anything from her. Infact yesterday evening I received a phone call from Uhaul asking when I was going to return the truck because they were trying to ser up another reservation for it. Very unpleasant and unprofessional to conduct business if you ask me, that's why I would not recommend them for business at this location.

TIMOTHY CTruck reserved using the 24hr pickup app. Reserved for 6am. When I went to pick it up, the employees had not set up the truck for pickup or put keys in a lockbox. Had to come back at 9 when they opened. Even then, employees were 30 minutes late.

randall rGiven the relatively rural location, it was difficult to know exactly where to drop the trailer. This was not a huge deal, but the app was also non-cooperative as I was forced to take several sets of photos to upload during the return process due to the instability of the app. Finally, the app got "tired" of me trying and simply seemed to complete the transaction without me noticing or completely finishing the process.
