ALFRED NVehicle was dirty, inside and out. Damage on it that wasn't previously caught or just wasn't marked with the tape that displays that damage is known by U-haul. They stated that it had a full tank of gas, when it had 7/8's worth of fuel in it. Just sloppy.

Kelly SJust avoid this location. The equipment was in horrible condition and borderline unsafe to drive. The cab of the truck smelled like rotten animal feed and moldy hay (think chicken coupe). The mirrors and seat were not adjustable, the tires and front end were so worn out that the truck was all over the road, it was a horrible experience over all. Spend the extra $60 and go to Penske.
Robert MENSURE THAT THE CORRECT KEY IS IN THE LOCK BOX. THE RENTAL TRUCK WE WERE STUCK WITH GETTING WAS VERY DIRTY AND HAD LOTS OF SCRATCHES ON THE OUTSIDE. THE ORIGINAL RENTAL TRUCK WAS CLEAN AND IT WAS A LITTLE UPSETTING TO HAVE THE WRONG KEY IN THE LOCK BOX.

Aimee MMake sure the rental equipment is up to standards, When I rented this trailer I was concerned about the condition of two of the tires on it. I told the agent that two of the tires were not good and he said it will be okay if you have a problem with them they will send someone out. Also the plate didn't match what the paperwork showed so he took a photo and said I'll take care of it. So while traveling we had a blowout on one of the tires that I had mentioned. I called the help line and they did respond and they were very helpful with my requests but I lost about two houres of driving time due to this rental which could have been advoided if equipment was in working order

joseph bWas charged for gas when I put the gas back to were it was. I was also charged $180 deposit which I have never had done before. A was all so never told to take a picture of gas a miles but I can say that the shop owner was a little helpful with the mistake ,even thought it wasn't fixed.But the u-haul customer service agent was VERY rude

Tressa WI ordered a dolly with my rental truck. When I arrived I was told that none where available. There was some sitting in the room where I picked up my van. I wish I was notified before hand so I could of made other arrangements.

Darrel JWe reserved for 8:00am. Arrived at 7:55am went in when they opened at 8, the guy asked us what we needed and we told them we had a truck pick up for 8 he said rudely " you know you can't pick up trucks until 9:00". I said no the uhual site did not alert me and allowed me to schedule 8:00 at his location. He stomped off to get it ready without another word but it was rude.
Colton WNothing, the actual store front and owner and the uhaul representative were all pretty helpful. Only complaint is the app check out and check in process was a bit complicated for a first time user. Might help to make sure customers know to watch the video because it's actually essential to the process and make sure app is bug free. The app kept glitching on me when I tried to check in the vehicle and wouldn't let me proceed through without calling customer service. The customer service rep was super sweet and listened to my issue. She helped a lot too.

Shawn SThe only issue was that one the straps (strap net that goes over the tire) was not functional. Besides that everything was great and the attention was excellent. After coming out of the store I couldn't start my vehicle, the battery was dead do to cold weather I assume, and the person that attended me inside the store brought out a jumper to start the battery, since that didn't work he pulled his truck and jumped my battery with his truck.
