Absolutely everything was wonderful!
TONI CPick up was great. Local service was awesome. Now for the over the phone customer service ? Takes too long to get knowledgeable people ,pickup location changed without contacting me as to preference, n ok in put from me as to drop off location

TIMOTHY BUhaul was easy and convenient to get everything setup. The only issue was I had ordered an appliance dolly but the location did not have one available when I got there. The friendly woman took it off the charge so all went well in the end.

DENNIS CMary was very helpful in deciding what size truck I needed and the two gentlemen that were so polite and they knew how to Maximize the loading to get way more on the truck than I expected and secured it really well. I would highly recommend this company and all their employees!

RANDY JThe customer service was outstanding, the truck itself was a bit scary to drive because of the excessive shaking. I wondered if it was going to break down. Also, someone left bits of glass near the door of the rear. It wasn't obvious until it was too late, when my oldest son got cut from a piece. Thank goodness it wasn't a deep cut. I did my best to sweep up the glass before returning the truck. I would recommend to a friend because they might have a better experience with their truck.
LATORIA REverything was good except gas mileage was horrible,but that can be expected
CHARLES CI got to my destination after renting this unit. There was a lock out tag out lock on it. and on the way back the breaks locked up on the highway, Almost causing an accident I would like to get a refund!! I was not supposed to have that on the road! I have pictures of where i left the gas on half a tank as well. As I was charged for not leaving it on half a tank.
