The location I rented from was great...easy to deal with, well maintained equipment etc. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with Uhaul as I reached out to a location in Oshawa to rent the trailer and pull back for a one way trip where I was told trailers were in stock but unavailable for a one way trip...I was told they would not allow it to go one way. So, I spent a tank of gas pulling this both ways which is a complete waste. Very disappointed in this when Uhaul advertises one way trips all the time. Not impressed to say the least.

This location is preferred. Large parking lot with easy access. Most importantly they are fast getting the rental processed and unlike other uhaul locations in simcoe….Renton esso actually assists/attaches the trailer to your vehicle. 10/10

Battery dead at pick up , no booster cables on site . Luckily flagged down a local . Drove 25 mins to Turkey Point and shut truck off , battery didnt hold charge . Had to call a tow truck from Simcoe n got nailed for $100 cash to get a boost . Then had to leave truck running the rest of the day to avoid needing a boost again . Does anyone chk your equipment out ????? Terrible experience .

The only positive taken from this experience was Rodney, who took the time to work and straighten things out for us. I cannot comment on round trip rentals but this is not the company to do business with if you are doing a one way trip.

It took an hour to get the trailer despite having a reservation. That's ridiculous. If I have a reservation it should be show up, have the photo taken, and be on your way.

Counter staff was great , truck was clean , truck maintenance is needed as steering wheel off centre, and around 60km massive wobbling is felt in rear end , would recommend a steering and suspension inspection all around .
