Flat tire 8,5 lbs in tire. Guy only hooked up one tow chain. Didn't check the tail lights with me. I had to put my flashers on and check the taillights while healing from a broken hip. Wasn't told about the safety chains for the tow car. Both wheel straps came off of the tires and almost lost the car being towed. Luckily I caught everything about 10 miles down the road. I'm 65 and have used u-haul off and on my whole life with wonderful results and friendly people.this was by far my worst experience

The vehicle didn't have working AC - the fan made a very loud noise when turned on so it was a difficult drive through the southwest. And the windshield wipers need replacing. The truck needs to be thoroughly inspected for all weather.
